  Assignments are received via email, fax, Xactnet, or phone.
• 
  Contact policyholder usually within 24 hours of receiving assignment.
• Inspection of claim within 48 hours to scope the damage, secure paper information, statements etc.
• Report to company within 7-10 days with estimate, suggested reserve, payment instructions or direction for investigation.
• Subsequent reports every 30 days with 30 day letters going to the policyholder.
• If it is desired to secure an agreed price from the policyholder or a contractor on property claims.
• Liability Claims -We conduct field inspections and secure statements from interested parties.
• We secure settlement forms, such as, non-waivers, proof of loss, and subrogation receipts if requested.
